1. Orders

Ordering time

An order on our website must be placed at least 24 hours before pickup. Orders at a later time or for the same day are not possible.

Order quantity

The minimum order quantity is 4 donuts. The current maximum order quantity for all orders is 48 donuts. We are happy to deliver a larger quantity of donuts. However, this has to be arranged and agreed upon in advance. Please send us a catering request and we will get back to you.

Pickup

If you have placed an order for pickup, this order must be picked up in the agreed time frame at the agreed location. We cannot guarantee that your order will be available after the end of this time frame.

Orders that have not been picked up until the end of the day cannot be picked up the next day.

 

Cancellation

If you have to cancel an order, we kindly ask you to give us as much notice as possible. In order to get a full refund, ordres have to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and via the following link: Order cancellation

2. Production and consumption

All donuts are made freshly and by hand every day in our bakery. No preservatives are used in the process. Therefore, our donuts should be consumed on the same day. Our donuts are not suitable for consumption on the next day. In addition, our donuts should not be stored in the refrigerator.
